Directions

From the Long Island Expressway (I-495)     Take exit 71 East to the Traffic Circle.  Drive 3/4 of the way around and turn right onto Peconic Avenue.  Continue to Main St. and turn right. Continue for  2/10 mile to 320 East Main St., on the left (north) side.  Look for the orange and white "Peconic River Yoga" sign in the window.  You will see the Salvation Army Thrift Store on the right, directly opposite the studio.

From Sunrise Highway (Route 27) Take Sunrise Highway East to exit 61. Follow Riverhead signs to Route 51 North and proceed for 8 miles to traffic circle. Follow directions from Traffic Circle, above.

From the North Fork  Take Route 25 into Riverhead Village to 320 E. Main St.  We are on the right (north) side, opposite the Salvation Army Thrift Store.  Look for the orange and white "Peconic River Yoga" sign in our front window.
