Riverfront View 

From the Long Island Expressway
(I-495) Take exit 71 East to the Traffic Circle. Drive 3/4 of the way around and turn right onto Peconic Avenue. Turn right into the Municipal Parking Lot (“Peconic Riverfront”). The river will be on your right. On your left is the parking lot. Once in the parking lot you will see a two-story brick building. We are on the first floor. Please use the side entrance. 
From Sunrise Highway (Route 27) Take Sunrise Highway East to exit 61. Follow Riverhead signs to Route 51 North and proceed for 8 miles to traffic circle. Follow directions from Traffic Circle, above.

From the North Fork

Take Route 25 into Riverhead's Historic District (Main Street). Turn left at the “Riverhead Grill” Restaurant (across from the old “Ben Franklin Crafts” building). Drive toward the riverfront and park in the municipal lot. We are in the two-story brick building (we are on the first floor – use side entrance).

Parking is available in municipal parking at the Peconic Riverfront. There is also parking on Main Street and in the municipal parking just north of Main St. 

Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the class start time, and observe silence while in the studio, as much as possible. If you arrive late, please enter quietly. Please remove shoes upon entry to the studio.

All of these suggestions help to create a meditative atmosphere.
